Makes use of millimeter wave frequencies >> higher bandwidth but shorter range (also uses some lower frequencies)
Core switching not expected to transition until late 2019 or 2020
Not all 5G phones will be compatible with all 5G networks/frequencies (sounds like a rollout fail)
