About Swati

Swati D. Doshi, Founder and Managing Director of Human Results, an HR Consulting firm that brings talent optimization to life in organizations by aligning people strategy to business strategy.  As a certified Partner of The Predictive Index, Human Results leverages workforce analytics and their 20+ years of experience working in people facing roles at established and growth companies to objectively optimize talent.

Formerly, Swati spent 8 years at Google in North America and India mostly in the People Operations division.  As a respected leader and citizen in the Google community, Swati was chosen to offer internal career coaching and team facilitation on topics such as Unconscious Bias and Maximizing Team Performance.  

Before her time at Google, Swati drove sales for several well-known pharmaceutical companies including Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly and Company. This followed Swati’s time as a management consultant at Accenture’s Washington, DC location.

Swati earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at the George Washington University School of Business, the Internal Coaching Certification from Columbia University School of Business and Education, and an Advanced Project Management certificate at Stanford University.

As an HR Consultant focused at Human Results, Swati believes that business results are rooted in trusting relationships which begin with self-awareness.  Swati is passionate about building those relationships to help people and teams unlock and channel their potential.
